Job Description（職務描述） – Paint Shop Senior Foreman（噴漆間資深工長）Tasks:工作職責·        Be responsible for paint preparation, masking,priming and final coating.·        負責監(jiān)督噴涂工藝流程和整體流程，噴漆前工件的預處理，表面維護，底漆及漆面的噴涂工藝。·        Assure in time process flowunder consideration of product quality, just in time delivery and ideal usageof teams and facilities capacity.·        確保每個工藝流程都符合生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量標準，并保證在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)完工?！?       Continuous Improvement ofPainting Technics and  SAP Systems applied.·        不斷提升噴漆技術和SAP系統(tǒng)的需求?！?       Organization and Supervision ofall Paint shop Facilities as well as related Equipment Maintenance Intervals·        負責組織和監(jiān)督噴漆設備及其相關的內(nèi)部設備的定期維護工作?！?       Assure cleanliness and tidinessof all areas·        確保噴漆廠區(qū)的整體清潔?！?       Assure safe and environmentaloperation as per requirements of the zone ·        保證該工作區(qū)域的安全?！?       Be responsible for the paint shop working hours, materials and otherdaily management work.·        負責噴漆車間工時、物料等的日常管理工作。 YourProfile:任職條件：·        Several Years of Experience inPaintworks of high value items, ideally construction machinery or similar.·        具有3-5年大型組裝機械噴漆工作經(jīng)驗·        Experience in operating andmanaging of Series Production Paint Shop Assemblies.·        具有操作和管理系統(tǒng)性噴漆間組裝的工作經(jīng)驗。·        Honest and Trustworthy, strongsense of leadership and independent working.·        誠實可信，有領導力，能獨立完成領導交付的任務。·        Experience in surface treatmentincluding paint and other related technologies.·        懂得噴漆表面處理或相關的其他技術?！?       Communicatewith others in English.·        能用英語進行簡單交流?！?       Familiar with office software operation such as word, excel, PPT.
